Bend

It bends the figure.

It stretches the figure.

It causes the figure to follow the graph of sin.

 It positions them in the shape of a wave.

Squash

It squishes the object.

Twist

It twists the figure.

I took a cube and used all of the deformers.

I used bend and flare on a cube and added 4 toruses.

I used sin and squash on
