Once I finished the main portion of the brain, I moved onto the cerebellum.I had to fix all of the displacement caused.
I began by just smoothing it continuously and trying to make it calm. I
also built up the front on the brain stem, smooth the transition from
brain to cerebellum, and I created the back divot in the brain stem.
After an hour and a half of doing this, I actually managed to have the base mesh done.
